Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact between Enaya Insurance Company and claims customer service team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and handle/solve customer queries and issues ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Make outbound calls as required
  • Receiving motor claims related call
  1. Claims registration call
  2. Claims complaint
  3. Claim inquiry
  • Register claims on system
  1. Taking the claims registration data from the client via phone calls or email
  2. Adding the data to premia
  3. Sending text message to the client with his claim reference number
  • Send Substitute cars requests to RAC as required from claims team officers
  1. Requesting Substitute car f from RAC via our fleet
  • Claims registry for walk in customers (backup)
  • Sending claim common survey request to TPL companies 

Candidate Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond  
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
