Job Summary

The Senior Design Engineer is responsible handling HVAC selection & Design of Residential segment in addition to customers’ issues and concerns. He is also in charged of managing WF scheduling and operations. 

Job Responsibilities

This position includes but not limited to, 
• Liaising with projects and sales Engineers to prepare the draft and design of the project.
• Calculating the needed resources in term of manpower, material and equipments.
• Visiting the project site to get a clear picture about the needed design. 
• Modifying designs based on commissioning and testing results.
• Always looking for ways to cut costs and optimizing processes. 
• Monitoring the quality measures and ensure customer satisfaction.
•  Leading a team of Engineers, foremen and Technician and motivate them for better performance.
• Participate in staff selection, coaching and traning.
• Participating with Service Manager in KPIs setting. 
• Participating in performance evaluation.
• Being always aware of contractual terms  of each customer.
• Being always aware of industry and trade updates.
• To always follow the governmental rules and regulations and reflect a professional image of AI- Engineering Group. 
 

Candidate Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS :
• Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering

EXPERIENCE: 
5-7 years of experience in HVAC selection and Design.

Education
