Incumbent must have 5-8 years of experience in Sales coordination

 

  • Responsible for taking care of Sales office and assisting sales personnel in day to day activities.
  • Preparation of MIS reports with regard to sales forecast, order intake, sales quotes and other related activities, while co-ordinating with the sales team.
  • Total administration of sales office including maintenance of files, records, documents and liaison with various agencies, customers and government bodies from time to time.
  • General administration including telephones, office maintenance, stationery, general branch accounts etc.,

 

 

  • Key Skills Required                    :

  • Any Graduate
  • Excellent communication skills and a ability to manage the administrative activities of branch office or sales office.
  • Proactive with good interpersonal skills.

  • Candidates must have min 5+ yrs of work exp co-ordination or administration of branch offices.
