Sr. Fleet Supervisor

Job Summary

    To manage and supervise daily fleet operations, including leasing, vehicle movement, and maintenance activities.
    To seek new customers for leasing services and establish relationships with vehicle suppliers, ensuring optimal pricing and availability.
    To support the Fleet Manager in all aspects of fleet management and independently handle responsibilities in their absence.
 

Job Responsibilities

    Oversee daily fleet movements, ensuring timely and efficient allocation of vehicles for leasing and operational requirements.
    Manage the maintenance schedule for the fleet, coordinating with service providers to minimize downtime and ensure vehicles are in top condition.
    Identify and pursue new customer opportunities for leasing services, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
    Develop and maintain relationships with vehicle suppliers, negotiating pricing, terms, and availability to meet the company's fleet requirements.
    Generate and distribute periodical reports on fleet utilization, maintenance status, and leasing activities to the Fleet Manager and other relevant departments.
    Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to fleet operations.
 

Candidate Requirements

    High/Industrial school or technical diploma or its relevant.3-5 years of experience in fleet management, leasing, or a related field.
    Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, leasing agreements, and supplier negotiation.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in English (Arabic preferred).
    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
    A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong desire to grow within the organization.
