Sr. HR Officer - Data Analytics

Position Overview:      

The primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of the human resource management system. Analyzes employee related data such as personal information, professional background and compensation matters. Audits employee information in human resources information system. Ensures data accuracy. Interprets data to assist in planning and developing human resource management decisions used for staffing, productivity and training. Should have a passion for analyzing data, have experience of dealing with large datasets and high volumes of data, as well as experience using multiple systems to retrieve data and produce reporting.

 

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze employee data to ensure it has been correctly maintained. Perform data audits on regular intervals.
  • Audit new joiners files to ensure data are maintained correctly.
  • Coordinate with HR teams for data corrections 
  • Analyze employee data to identify key insights and trends
  • Develop data analysis tools to identify any errored or incomplete data
  • Develop internal reports to present the data in most easily consumable way and surface the key insights from the data
  • Maintain and improve existing data analysis tools and reports

Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years HR experience gained within a professional HR team
  • Analytical Skills work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing in English, additional Arabic language skills preferred.
  • Critical Thinking: must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
  • Attention to Detail: Data is precise have to make sure they are vigilant in their analysis to come to correct conclusions.
  • Strong team player as well as a proactive individual contributor
  • Educated to university degree level in HR, Finance or Information Technology.
  • Prior experience in HRIS and the SAP HR R3 application is a plus.
