Job Summary
The Sr. Recruitment Officer plays a key role in driving manpower planning and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies to ensure the timely acquisition of high-quality talent. The role focuses on optimizing sourcing channels, partnering with stakeholders, and supporting business hiring needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Manpower planning and the development of recruitment strategies
- Manage high-volume hiring across the Recruitment Management System and external job boards
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for hiring managers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted recruitment advisorLiaise with and manage external recruitment agencies for mass hiring requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules for both local and overseas candidates
- Oversee end-to-end interview logistics, including scheduling and on-the-day coordination
- Prepare and issue offer lettersManage candidate onboarding to ensure a smooth transition to Kuwait and the organization
- Plan and execute overseas recruitment campaigns and hiring trips
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide timely reports
Candidate Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience in Kuwaitization programs is considered an added advantage.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Demonstrated supervisory, coaching, and project management capabilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail with an efficient working style
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization
- Proficient in modern sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and social media platforms
