Job Summary

The Senior HR Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting both employees and management, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions within the organization. This role will involve regular field visits to remote locations, acting as a key liaison between employees and HR, and ensuring alignment with organizational policies, support employee engagement initiatives, employee relations and assistance in the performance management process

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Conduct regular HR visits to remote sites (showrooms, service center, Delivery & Installation) to support staff, resolve issues, and ensure policy compliance, report key findings weekly.
  • Provide front-line consultation for employees and managers on a wide range of Human Resources functions including government and corporate policies and practices related to employment and performance management.
  • Handle employee relations matters including investigations, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. 
  • Support in designing and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities that foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Support the HR Manager and line managers in the performance management process.
  • Work with line managers to create improvement plans for employees
  • Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
  • Conducts Exit interviews, analyze the turnover, and recommend retention strategy
  •  Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar HR role.

Skills:

  •  Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  •  Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  •  Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  •  Organizational and time management skills.
  •  Bilingual proficiency required – fluent in English and Arabic both written and spoken.
