Job Summary
The Senior HR Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting both employees and management, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions within the organization. This role will involve regular field visits to remote locations, acting as a key liaison between employees and HR, and ensuring alignment with organizational policies, support employee engagement initiatives, employee relations and assistance in the performance management process
Job Responsibilities

Conduct regular HR visits to remote sites (showrooms, service center, Delivery & Installation) to support staff, resolve issues, and ensure policy compliance, report key findings weekly.

Provide front-line consultation for employees and managers on a wide range of Human Resources functions including government and corporate policies and practices related to employment and performance management.

Handle employee relations matters including investigations, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

Support in designing and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities that foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.

Support the HR Manager and line managers in the performance management process.

Work with line managers to create improvement plans for employees

Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning and development initiatives.

Conducts Exit interviews, analyze the turnover, and recommend retention strategy

Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar HR role.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingual proficiency required – fluent in English and Arabic both written and spoken.
