Job Summary

The Sr. Marketing Executive is responsible for managing the online and offline marketing activities, website, seminars, competition benchmark, Exhibitions, marketing materials, pipeline reporting and social media.

Job Responsibilities

•Assisting in developing the annual marketing strategy and ensure that it’s implemented in line with the business objectives.
•Working within the approved budget, monitor key areas of budget/expenditure and preparing reports.
•Liaising with external agencies and vendors to produce creative and compelling ideas for; PR activities, and promotional advertising campaigns that will attract and retain customers.
•Planning and executing events (Internal and External), promotions, and campaigns to achieve marketing objectives in line with the overall strategy.
•Evaluating all marketing campaigns and activities on a continuous base to ensure budget adherence and return on investment.
•Work closely with the sales team and other relevant departments to understand the Services and Product specifications, and be able to create suitable marketing offline/online contents.
•Use Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc) in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.
•Monitoring customer satisfaction factors and innovating ways to enhance customer experience. 
•Ensuring online customer engagement. 
•Monitoring market changes and competitor activities and reporting the same to management accordingly.
 

Candidate Requirements

Education: 
Bachelor Degree, Business Administration

Experience:
2-3 years in marketing
Sufficient understanding for main business processes
Sufficient knowledge in social media and digital marketing
