Job Summary

Support to Marketing Manager in overseeing & implementing the overall Marketing Departments function and ensuring all activities and completed within set deadlines and planned budgets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contributing to developing long-term marketing plans and strategies and effectively project – managing marketing requests to ensure they are on budget, on time and that the final output is aligned to strategic and business objectives.
  • Planning and overseeing the development and execution of all marketing communication initiatives activities with the advertising agency and external parties.
  • Analyzing local & regional sales results and provide recommendations.
  • Responsible for tracking customer behaviour and demands, analysing trends and formulating a better market understanding to obtain insights in gaining competitive advantage.
  • Developing and implementing processes /tools to monitor competitive market position in relation to own product lines.
  • Assist in targeting existing customers with specific campaigns for Direct Mailer & SMS as well as events invitations.
  • Assist in conducting presentations to marketing director /managements pertaining to the overall marketing function in coordination with Marketing Manager.
  • Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
  • Communicating to rest of marketing team about new innovations and how they can be used to leverage marketing efforts.
  • Responsible and should proof reading of all advertising and collateral materials.
  • Conducting regular showroom audits to assess the needs and points of improvement, Responsible for the overall look and feel of the showrooms in terms of branding opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

  • 4-5 years in Automotive Marketing Experience, preferably with a multinational company.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong leadership and team player skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Bilingual (English/Arabic).

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
MBA
