Job Summary
The Job Holder will manage company registrations, license renewals, and government authorizations, coordinate with relevant authorities, handle administrative tasks, monitor license compliance, manage petty cash, and support contractual and regulatory processes.
Job Responsibilities

Manage company registration, subscription renewals, and authorized representative updates across CAPT and CAIT platforms.

Oversee Traffic Signature Authorization processes, including first-time issuance, renewals, and data updates, along with coordinating RJ issuance.

Handle issuance and renewal of General Import Licenses, temporary import permits (chemicals and antique vehicles), and manage authorized representatives on Ministry of Commerce portals.

Coordinate with the Ministry of Finance for State Property rental fee notices, payment settlements, and continuous follow-up.

Perform administrative duties including document provision to departments, official letter drafting, signature collection, and maintaining manual/electronic archives.

Monitor and update all license statuses on tracking systems and manage petty cash for government-related expenses.

Prepare deduction memos for showrooms and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.

Support amendments to Public Authority for Industry (PAI) contracts related to industrial plots.
Candidate Requirements

Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

4–8 years’ experience in government and intergovernmental processes.

Strong computer literacy.

Effective communication and negotiation skills.
