Position Overview:           

SR.  Payroll officer will be responsible for maintenance and support of payroll activities within Alghanim Industries

Individuals working in this team need to have a high degree of Payroll process and labour law regulation, customer focus, be flexible, enjoy working in a team environment, have a high level of attention to Payroll calculation and prioritize customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarity with payroll process and labor law regulations of Kuwait, KSA, UAE, QATAR & OMAN
  • Familiar with social security regulation and calculation of MGRP and social security deductions.
  • Responsible for the proper entry, storage, and security of employee personal data, updating personnel files.
  • Responsible for employee time data maintained in system.
  • Responsible for data maintenance for the employee separations.
  • Calculating final dues of resigned/Terminated employees.
  • Validating the accuracy of pay results of monthly payroll.
  • Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
  • Responsible for accuracy of employee data for the new hires maintained in system.
  • Familiar with employee off boarding formalities.
  • Analytical ability to compare payout of different business units with different period.
  • Any other duties/ projects assigned by Payroll Manager from time to time.

 

 

Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-year professional experience working on ERP Payroll systems.
  • The successful candidate will have access to sensitive information, so a high degree of confidentiality is required
  • Strong communication and customer facing skills, able to respond appropriately to employee queries.  Arabic language skills would be an advantage
  • A high degree of energy, enthusiasm, and flexibility
  • Highly organized and able to plan work and manage priorities
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM & SuccessFactors.
  • Educated to university degree level, preferably an HR degree from a reputed university.
