Job Summary

To work alongside the project managers to track and dispense all of the information the various team members need to do their jobs effectively. And to be responsible for keeping the entire project running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

•    Assist in Managing F&B and Retail projects’ workflows and maintain control on all project activities and plans right from initiating a project plan up to handover to business, inside and outside Kuwait.
•    Prepare reports for all planning activity metrics and analyze all results to recommend required improvements.
•    Maintain optimal level of project management within a required budget and a certain timeframe and ensure compliance to all standard projects.
•    Generate reports to reflect project budget / cost trackers and oversees expenditures.
•    Work closely with real estate team to set the right plans and provide necessary project support.
•    Adherence to brand specifications & Business needs
•    Facilitating the projects licensing matters and communication with government relations
•    Maintain portfolio updates and dashboards and report to management regularly.
•    Manage stakeholder relationships.
•    Maintains and controls projects documents and database.
•    Maintains all AFEs and project cost trackers.
•    Projects Coordination 
•    Project management, including:
o    Project Initiation, and receiving projects brief
o    Project planning, setting timelines and capex as needed
o    Project Communication / Execution: 
•    Taking necessary approvals and preparing all project documentations 
•    Communicating the budget needed with the client, having it approved and raising all the documentations needed for project execution
•    Generating project plans & charters
•    Performing regular site visits to monitor the progress of the project execution
•    Answering all client’s concerns/complaints and communicating the progress/milestones of the project on a regular basis
 

Candidate Requirements

•    5-7 years in project coordination field.
•    Preference for working in Contracting companies
•    Very strong verbal & written communication skills 
•    Team player & able to work under stress
•    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS project)
•    Good command of English Language. Arabic language is a plus.
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business Administration or related field.
