Job Summary

The Sr. Quality Assurance Executive primary role is to assist the QA Manager to implement, maintain and improve Al-Ghanim Food & quality system. Excellent organization and communication skills are required. Must be able to work effectively with all Food and Beverage staff. QA Executive will work closely with the support office Team, Store Operation team & Suppliers to support the Food and Beverage Food Safety System implementation.

Job Responsibilities

•    Support the QA manager to ensure that all quality procedures are implemented, maintained, and complied with the Alghanim F&B brands standard as well as the international requirements.
•    Auditing Alghanim F&B stores in different markets based on Alghanim Food Safety Checklist and auditing plans.
•    Auditing Alghanim F&B suppliers in different markets based on yearly calendar.
•    Conducting continuous quality monitoring on products, keeping records and taking necessary actions. 
•    Support the operation team with the quality assurance requirements and training on any of the new QA standards. 
•    Keeping & ensuring all QA records are available and well organized. 
•    Coordinate with laboratories, suppliers & operations on the required analysis based on the defined plan. Analyze results and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
•    Sending Weekly and monthly reports of the quality department to operation team and operation leaders. 
•    Follow up with operation team on raised NCs & corrective actions. 
•    Working side by side together with the training department to establish the quality assurance training plan and ensuring that this plan is implemented.
•    Able to handle any other tasks required to support the QA department to achieve the company goals.

Candidate Requirements

-    Degree in Food Science or any equivalent.
-    3 years of experience in quality assurance.
-    Friendly and engaged approach, and outgoing personality. 
-    Excellent communication skills
-    The ability to adapt to different types of environments.
-    Very Good computer and English skills.
-    HACCP training and strong knowledge is a must.
