Job Summary

The Senior Sales Executive – B2B is responsible for driving revenue growth by penetrating the architect, consultant, and contractor markets. This role focuses on securing Safat Home’s presence in large-scale commercial and residential projects. The position requires a high-performing sales professional who can identify key decision-makers, manage complex negotiation cycles, and ensure seamless delivery and installation through effective internal coordination.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Influence & Specification: Actively target and build relationships with architects and consultants to ensure Safat Home products (specifically tiles, sanitary ware, and furniture) are specified in project tenders.
  • Research and identify upcoming commercial and residential projects in Kuwait and the GCC, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
  • Network Management: Leverage and expand an existing network of contractors, site engineers, and developers to secure direct sales and repeat business.
  • Consistently deliver and over-achieve monthly and annual sales targets in terms of volume, value, and profit margins.
  • Lead the entire sales process from initial inquiry and quotation to technical presentation, negotiation, and final closing of the deal.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to provide feedback to the Category and Marketing teams, ensuring Safat Home remains competitive.
  • Coordinate closely with the Delivery and Installation departments to ensure project timelines are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Work with the Category and Marketing teams to stay updated on product availability, new arrivals, and promotional support for the B2B sector.
  • Follow up on the progress of all sales orders, ensuring documentation is accurate and payment terms are strictly followed.
  • Conduct monthly analysis of sales results and activity implementation.
  • Provide regular updates to the B2B Manager on project progress, market shifts, and potential new initiatives to capture market share.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of proven project sales experience within the building materials industry. Specialized knowledge in tiles and sanitary ware is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Network: A strong, existing portfolio of contacts among Architects, Consultants, and Contractors in the Kuwait/GCC region.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate fluently in Arabic and English.
  • Strong presentation abilities and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Must possess a valid Kuwait driving license and a Transferable Visa (Article 18).
