Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Sr. Showroom Manager, the Sr. Supervisor takes a holistic approach to showroom performance, empowering and guiding a team of sales staff to achieve ambitious targets and cultivate a thriving sales environment.

Job Responsibilities

•    Drive the team towards exceeding sales goals and optimizing display standards, customer service, and policy compliance.
•    Conduct comprehensive on-the-floor coaching and training sessions, fostering high-performing and confident sales teams.
•    Manage the onboarding and development of new staff, ensuring they thrive and excel beyond their probationary period.
•    Champion a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and optimism, motivating the team to consistently exhibit a positive and proactive attitude.
•    Lead the implementation of promotional campaigns, layout changes, and seasonal adjustments, collaborating with relevant departments for seamless execution.
•    Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategic adjustments to maximize revenue and profitability.
•    Ensure safe product handling and movement, minimizing damage and shrinkage costs.
•    Maintain open and transparent communication with the Showroom Manager, ensuring accurate information flow and consistent store operations.
•    Assume the "Duty Manager" role during manager absences, overseeing the showroom, approving discounts and returns, and escalating issues as needed.
