Job Summary
The role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and replacing parts for Samsung products, including mobiles, Tablet, Watches. Additionally, will be responsible to providing top-notch customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose issues with Samsung products, including mobiles, Tablet, Watches.
- Continuously track Samsung KPI’s and resolve related gaps and analyze the elements behind it.
- Execute and control the RMA and DOA procedure
- Repair or replace defective components, such as screens, batteries, logic boards, and other internal parts.
- Perform software troubleshooting and updates, including restoring and configuring system.
- Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standards.
- Handle receptionist duties, including accepting customers and receiving their products for service.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining repairs to customers and offering advice on device care.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
- Document all repairs and services performed, including parts used and time spent on each repair.
- Stay up to date with the latest Samsung products, software updates, and repair techniques.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service quality.
Candidate Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in electronics or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent English language and Arabic will be highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Mobile technical support and troubleshooting Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree
