Job Summary

Responsible for providing technical advice to service center technical concern and issue in order to solve and fix in a timely manner

Job Responsibilities

• Providing effective and accurate technical assistance and technical advice to the service centre’s received technical concern and issue in order to achieve excellent fix it right first time score
• Performing actual hard-to-diagnose, troubleshooting and hard-to-repair along with the concern technician as required
• Assisting in preparing technical report to be submitted to manufacturer if needed
• Other duties as directed by the immediate superior or persons in similar positions

Candidate Requirements

• With 4 to 5 years of experience in the similar function
• Knowledgeable in using Honda Diagnostic tools and equipment
• With excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using MS Office programs
• Can work with minimal supervision and have the ability to work under pressure
