 Job Summary: Trade Marketing Analyst role is to execute central promotions, ensure on time listing of new products in the Kuwait Market, design and implement local promotions. This role is supportive to the Trade Marketing Manager, assisting in identifying growth opportunities across different channels of the business.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with division TMM in planning and executing promotions
  • Ensuring the execution is effective & implemented by Field Visits
  • Identifying additional platforms, then planned, to optimize promotion effectiveness and output.
  • Optimizing cost (co-packing, placement)
  • Detailed briefing to Sales forces monthly (Month Launch)
  • Follow & Coordinate with implementation and execution of Central & Local Activities
  • Follow up on promotional effectiveness during and post event through recap reports on Weekly/ Monthly basis (POSM stock report, MBRs etc.)
  • Shopper Event planning, execution & reporting
  • Promotion effectiveness assessment and debrief.
  • Planning for tailored local promotions by account
  • Identifying promotional platform and allocating promotional volumes by salesmen
  • Code creation for the new received POSM
  • Scheduling & following up with deliveries from Alghanim warehouse & implementation agency.
  • Trade License renewals (Free & Discount)  

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

 

Candidate requirements:

  •  Strong with Numbers
  • Expert in using Microsoft Office applications 
  • Strong communication skills both in English and Arabic 
  • Team Player
