Long Description

Job Summary

  • Responsible about  the volunteer recruitment & training
  • Secures and retain volunteers
  • Increases awareness for all programs, among volunteers 
  • Assist in the growth of INJAZ Kuwait’s Alumni Association and the coordination of related events and functions

Job Responsibilities

Volunteers Recruitment and Follow up:

  • Recruit new   volunteers for all the programs 
  • In charge of coordination the development of volunteer training workshops
  • Allocate and Follow-up with volunteer, facilitators and companies point of contact during the program delivery process to insure quality implementation of the programs
  • Monitor volunteer attendance; in accordance with INJAZ procedures.
  • Follow up on and report volunteers' status, comments or complaints to Line manager
  • Collect volunteer feedback forms from volunteers.
  • Maintain volunteer database
  • Conduct volunteer trainings for all programs

Alumni 

  • Coordinate Alumni events with external entities; Schools, Universities.
  • Manage Alumni members’ database 
  • Attend of all Alumni Association Meetings; taking minutes, carrying out action points
  • Recruit Alumni members 

Initiatives

  • Suggest and work with Line Manager on new initiatives to facilitate work operation and enhance program quality.

Candidate Requirements

•Have a strong communication and presentation skills
•Full proficiency in both English and Arabic 
•Have a driving license and a car.
 

Education

Bachelor’s Degree
