Position Overview

 

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting the smooth operation of warehouse activities by managing day-to-day administrative functions, organizing operations documents, and handling office tasks. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure that all warehouse operations are well-coordinated and that administrative tasks are completed efficiently.


Essential Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Oversee the overall administration of warehouse operations.
  • Verify inbound, outbound, and return receiving documents for errors and incomplete data, providing written feedback to the shift in-charge.
  • Ensure that inbound documents for spare parts are accurate and that parts are sent to the appropriate department.
  • Verify outbound documents for accuracy, ensuring no data is missing, and provide feedback to the shift in-charge.
  • Prepare gate passes for the movement of goods.
  • Check for pending pallet IDs in the system and notify the respective shift in-charge.
  • Perform data entry and filing tasks related to operations documents, as well as other office-related tasks.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports and any other reports required by management.
  • Verify the overtime sheets submitted by the shift in-charge and cross-check them with attendance records.
  • Consolidate staff attendance records provided by the shift in-charge and send them to HR daily.

 

Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required

 

  • Preferably Kuwaiti National
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of the warehouse layout.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to create effective presentations.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Willingness to work hard and adapt to shift work as needed.
