Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

1.    To generating quotes from various sources like Corporate Houses, Public sector & Private companies, Individuals, Non Govt Organizations etc as a per sale activity, from the zone of operations 
2.    Plan and strategize the  sales pitch for various potential projects
3.    Plan for key account mining
4.    Strategize for acquiring the new clients and retain the existing clients.
5.    Provide and sensitize the clients on quality aspects of projects and Kirby advantage 
6.    Raising quote request forms to design and estimation department based on the customer’s requirements /consultants drawings in order to get the cost of project. 
7.    Prepare a Techno-commercial offer for submitting to customers
8.    Negotiate with customers and finalize the jobs
9.    Send the required documents and signed contracts etc to head office
10.    Coordinating with customer and head office to get drawings, and despatch of material
11.    Collection of payments and acceptable letter of credits to complete the jobs
12.    Sending sales forecasts and reports to superiors at regular intervals
13.    Team Player in managing people effectively and drive them and guide for better results
14.    Good understanding of the topography and new projects coming up.
15.    Strong Network of Leading Architects, Consultants & Builders. 
16.    Negotiate with clients and ensure contract signing for execution of projects  
17.    Plan and direct the team members for enhancing their performance.
18.    Providing timely feedback to the team plan for the development of the team members
 

Candidate Requirements

QUALIFICATION: B.E/B.TECH(CIVIL/STRUCTURAL ENGG/MECH/INDUSTRIAL

Incumbent must have 16 Yrs of selling experience in PEB/Structural Steel/Project Selling/Construction equipments.

People with high energy level and positive attitude, shall be able to cover the market and communicate with decision makers to bring profitable business to the organization. 

Preference would be given to candidates having previous experience in PEB/Structural Steel Industry.
 

Education
